Butterfly & Dragonfly Recording

The current “Recorder” (GR) is retiring from the job at the end of 2016 so a new face is required for next year.

If anyone would like to pick up this activity for the Group or would just like a bit more info then please contact GR or the chairman.

It is not a demanding task and does not require a high level of expertise, all that is involved is collating the sightings from the hide notice board and the website through the year, keeping an eye out for erroneous submissions, and producing a simple summary at the year’s end that will be included in the Group’s annual report.

Previous records will be available and help from the current incumbent will always available.

2015 Report.

The 2015 Report is now available for members, the style and content of the report has been improved with coloured images throughout and shows all the year’s star birds.

Report Cover

It is a timely reminder to those who have not yet paid their 2016 subs (still only fiver) to do so quickly as there are limited number of copies – sufficient to cover last year’s membership number of around 220 plus a few extra for sale to non-members.

Cost to non-members is £6 so work out your own math’s !!

Copies are available from Rob Leighton or Rob Hunton (Membership Secretary – see contact list on menu) – if you would like the report posting please add £1.20 for P&P.
